Leadership Team
As President & CEO, Mark brings a highly collaborative approach to leading the InnoTech team towards fulfilling its vision. Mark has over 30 years experience in industrial control system engineering design, construction, and commissioning. Mark has led and managed large multi-disciplinary engineering workgroups and serves on various educational advisory boards. In addition to his proven leadership track record, Mark has a strong passion for pushing the conventional boundaries of project execution to drive a high degree of competitiveness.
As Vice President, Operations, Brian oversees InnoTech’s operations and is accountable for InnoTech’s corporate operational strategy. Brian is a highly experienced manager in automation and process control with over 30 years of combined experience in engineering and construction. Brian has applied his expertise globally across several industry segments, including oil and gas, pulp and paper, electrical utilities, and petrochemicals. Brian excels at translating customer requirements into cost-effective solutions.
As Engineering Manager and one of InnoTech’s Responsible Members, Sean is responsible for the oversight and technical delivery of all engineering projects executed by InnoTech. Sean has experience leading large teams of engineers, designers, and support staff and was named one of Control Engineering Magazine’s “Engineering Leaders Under 40”. Sean has experience executing greenfield and brownfield control system retrofit and expansion projects in multiple industries including pipelines, oil and gas, and petrochemical.
As Project Management Office (PMO) Manager, Akram oversees InnoTech’s Project Management Team in a highly disciplined and consistent approach to project execution. Akram is a multilingual Professional Engineer with experience leading, managing, and executing projects in multiple industries including international high-profile projects. As a leader, Akram brings deep experience in data analytics to InnoTech’s PMO driving informed and accurate decision making for the benefit of our clients.
As Business Development Manager, Robert leads InnoTech’s business development efforts in pursuing customers who share a common vision to set themselves apart from their competition. Robert has a broad range of experience including hands-on manufacturing roles and technical roles in engineering. Robert’s understanding of industrial automation including Industrial Control Systems (ICS), Internet of Things (IoT) and Edge Computing technology enables him to effectively communicate the value of implementing the right technology solutions to deliver business results for InnoTech’s clients.
